Jake Burhans has proudly called the Homer, NY area home his entire life. With more than 20 years in the construction trade, he has built his reputation on hard work, attention to detail, and delivering quality results.

Outside of the job site, Jake is a dedicated family man. He and his wife (Jess) have been together for nearly two decades and are raising their three kids while homeschooling. (Something they look forward to one day turning into hands-on lessons in the trade).

This is a true family-run business. When you reach out, you’ll hear directly from Jake or his wife. No call centers, no middle man. While Jake is on-site making sure the work is done right, his wife helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

While most people clock out from construction at the end of the day, Jake doesn’t. If he’s not working on a project, there’s a good chance he’s watching one. This Old House is on our tv more often than we’d like to admit!

Life outside of work looks like short trips to the beach, camping, gardening, too many Amazon packages (courtesy of Jess), our daughter’s dance competitions & basketball tournaments, Jess coaching flag football, and being able to attend local homeschool groups that mean so much to us.
